Contact form
- Data: name, phone, email, town of the build, type of work and your message.
- Purpose: to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: [doplniť, e.g. 12 months] after the last contact if no contract is signed.
- Recipients: hosting and email provider [doplniť, e.g. Websupport, s.r.o.].
- Visit source: together with your message we send where you came to the website from (e.g. a Google ad and the search term, Facebook, another website). For Google ads also the click identifier, so we can evaluate which ad led to an order (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Nothing is stored in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
